Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) returned. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns must be done with approved authorization only, otherwise will not be accepted. You must ask for the authorization within 10 days of receipt. We will replace any item (depending on availability), or issue you a store credit. All products must be returned in original packaging. To qualify for the refund, however, the product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it (i.e. resellable as new, undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. For our customers' protection, we destroy all credit card information after 30 days and therefore cannot credit your account if the products are received after 30 days. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30 day period be sure to contact our customer service by email to make special arrangements.
Shipping Policy
Most items ship within 1 business days if ordered
by Noon EST. Some in-stock orders require a 2-3 days processing time
from the receipt of your order. Most items ship via UPS Ground. If you need a faster
shipping method please contact
us and we will let you know of the additional
charges that will be added to your order to allow the faster shipping.
Please try to contact us before you place your order to request the faster
shipping. We do not ship on weekends. Orders that are placed on Saturday
or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been processed, as well as a shipping tracking number so that you can view the shipping process. You will be notified in the event any item in your order is no longer available.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout.
U.S. Military APO Addresses
APO addresses require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted
by a GiftsandFlorals representative before your order is processed to inform
you of
the additional shipping costs.
Your order will be processed after receiving a confirmation. Allow 2
weeks for delivery unless faster shipping is requested.
International Orders
